LoveCode

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how LoveCode ("LoveCode," "we," "us") handles information collected through this marketing website at ourlovecode.com. The LoveCode clinical application is governed by a separate agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) where Protected Health Information (PHI) is involved.

Information this site collects

When you request early access or contact us, we collect the practice and contact details you submit — such as your name, work email, practice name, licensure type, practice size, current EHR, and any optional message.

This marketing site is not intended to collect Protected Health Information. Please do not submit patient information through any form on this site.

How we use it

  • To respond to early-access and demo requests.
  • To communicate about product availability and onboarding.
  • To improve the site and our understanding of practice needs.

PHI and the clinical application

Protected Health Information is handled only within the LoveCode clinical application, under a signed Business Associate Agreement and an isolated production environment. Pre-production and demo environments contain synthetic data only. Within the application, data is encrypted in transit and at rest, each partner's data is isolated at the API layer, and every clinical action is logged in an audit trail.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate the site and communicate with you, under appropriate agreements.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the contact information you submitted by emailing us at the address published on our contact channels.
