- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- You can export your clinical records before cancellation. We do not retain PHI after the BAA is terminated per the agreement terms.
- Can I switch between Solo and Practice?
- Yes. If your practice grows beyond 1 seat, you can move to the Practice plan. Billing is adjusted at the next cycle.
- Is the Founding Rate really locked for 24 months?
- Yes — that is the commitment to founding-cohort practices. In exchange, we ask for structured feedback on features as we build them.
- Do I need to download anything?
- No. LoveCode is a web platform. Your clients access their portal from a browser — no download, no app store.
- Does LoveCode bill insurance or submit claims?
- Not in v1. CPT codes (90847, 90846) are reference fields in the session record. Direct billing integration is on the roadmap. Joining early access gives you input on the priority.
