Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the LoveCode marketing website at ourlovecode.com. Use of the LoveCode clinical application is governed by a separate customer agreement, including a Business Associate Agreement where Protected Health Information is involved.

Use of this site

This site is provided for informational purposes to licensed clinicians and prospective clients. You agree to use it lawfully and not to submit any Protected Health Information or other confidential patient data through it.

No clinical or medical advice

LoveCode is a clinical documentation and support platform. It is not a licensed mental health provider, does not provide therapy or medical advice, and is not a substitute for the judgment of a licensed clinician. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, legal, or professional advice. For mental health emergencies, contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency services.

No guaranteed outcomes

We make no representations or warranties regarding clinical outcomes. LoveCode supports documentation, measurement, and workflow — it does not guarantee any therapeutic result.
